The Restaurant

Take advantage of good home cooking and a well stocked cellar in our candle-lit restaurant.

We offer a different menu every night, with a choice of 3 starters, 3 mains & 3 deserts for £14.75.

There is always a vegetarian option, and children may eat from the adult menu or have a choice of the usual fast foods (nuggets, sausages, burgers, etc.).

There are reductions for children, and a significant discount if meals are booked when making your accommodation booking.

During high season (July/August) the restaurant is open every evening.

Out of season we open on an as needed basis & for more restricted hours, so if you want to eat on the night of your arrival it is worth phoning to let us know.

When the restaurant is not open we still offer a good selection of “bar meals” and sandwiches.

The Lounge

There is a television lounge and a playroom with books, board games and a piano.

The Games rooms

There is a courtyard room with a pool table and an adults only room off the bar with a bar billiards table and dartboard.

The Pool

There is an indoor pool and a smaller paddling pool, kept at a nicely warm 29 deg. C. The pool is open from just before Easter until just after the October half term break.

Play Equipment

We have well equipped indoor and outdoor play areas stocked with swings, slides, soft toys, ride on toys, ball pool, playhouse, etc., and there are pool and table tennis tables for the older children. There is also a tennis court, which can be used for playing tennis, but which spends most of its time as a playground.
