Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed break you must notify us (by post, telephone or email) as soon as possible. Whilst we will try to assist, we cannot guarantee to be able to make changes to bookings. If the change in your booking results in a reduction in value, then a charge may be levied – this will be no more than the appropriate percentage of the reduction in value (see table below).
Should
you need to cancel your holiday
Should you, or any member of your party need to cancel your booking, the party leader must notify us (by post, telephone or email) as soon as possible. We sincerely hope that you will not need to cancel a holiday, and strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance against unexpected problems. On booking a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. The following cancellation charges are payable, and are calculated on the basis of the total cost payable by the person(s) cancelling.

If paying by card, then your card details will be securely retained until your departure, and may be used to take any balance due in the event of failure to arrive, or departure without payment. We reserve the right to pre-authorise payment against your card. Your card details will be destroyed after your departure.
