Inland watersports

If you fancy learning to windsurf, kayak or sail in the relative safety of inland waters you can do so at the local watersports centre at Siblyback lake:

Sailing

There are many local organizations that provide sailing lessons, or who will take you out for either a relaxing or exhilarating day out at sea.

Plymouth Sailing School will pick you up from Cawsand beach (a 10 minute walk from Wringford) and give you a 2 day introduction, 5 day skippers course, sail you to France, or whatever else you may want:

Top Cat are just a couple of miles down the road in Millbrook and run a range of courses on Catamarans:

Tamar Sail will take you up the river Tamar beneath Brunel’s bridge and into a Victorian landscape where mining was a way of life, or down into the dockyards to see the submarines and warships of today’s Navy:

Diving

We have plenty of room for your rib, a laundry in which you can wash & dry your wet suits, & a bar in which you can re-live that Scylla dive!
